hi all anyone any idea how to play western promise from the vienna album as our vocalist is pushing to include it in our live set

Isn't it "All minions to messiah Pepsi Can" which does at least make some sense.

Back on track - sorry, can play the various bits and pieces but don't have any notation or the like.

Agreed. The twin totemic icons of Western culture: trousers made out of tent material dyed a cheap shade of blue, and a drink that's essentially a pantheon of E-numbers, a flavoured drain cleaner with burp seeds in.

The link to e-numbers is something I never considered. But you're right - 'Oh mystical e's, all taxi cabs, all ultra neon, sign of the times'. It all makes sense now.

whilst on the subject of the slightly less-known Ultravox songs does anyone know how to play Paths and Angles. It's a great song, shame its not a little more known!
