There is a picture and quote from Midge near the back of the book Helen. The picture was taken at Hyde Park during the encore rather than Murrayfield though.

That's nice. How much is dedicated to Bob by the way?

Well, Bob definitely writes the books forward piece, but the main text inside is written by others. For Bob, there's a small but fair number of photos I'd say, but not so many (or of the meglomanical vein) that you'd think he was the only one there. The book itself focus's more on the Hyde Park event, so there's not so much from the other concerts around the globe in comparison from recollection. But it's a nicely produced book - softback rather than hardback, with some of the live and backstage photos quite stunning.

Neil Tennant of the Pet Shop Boys looks like he's aged quite well by the way judging by Moscow's entry...

I think 5 of the cover price goes to charities, so it's a worthwhile buy.

Checked again this afternoon Helen - Midge gets his picture and quote in the book on page 183.

As for Bob, about five pages where his face gets a look in (not too much or too little really). As I said, overall a nice book to remember the event by, with a decent chunk of the cover price going to charity.
