so I finally joined this forum.
something about me: I am a musician, engineer and labelowner from weyhe (near bremen) in germany.
a few days ago I sent my contribution to the covers comp. and maybe you'll give me some feedback.
what I miss on these pages are a full biography/discography. I really liked what warren cann has written, but unfortunately it stops in 1981 or so.
my first record of ultravox was the 7" of DWTIME. a bit later I bought RIE second hand and then step by step all other albums and a friend who travelled to london also found some vinyl for me.
so that's about it. if my english is too horrible, feel free to correct me. otherwise I will never learn wink

help ... the germans are "invadin'" the forum !!! biglaugh

... & now another german member , which also comes from the bremen area & is even a professional in the music biz !!! eek

i'm really keen to hear your contribution to the covers comp. , m8 !!! wink

oh ... btw : WELCOME_ABOARD_!!! smile

fyi : the biography & discography sections of this website are currently under heavy reconstruction by cerise , so it's jus' "a question of time" , before u can find all & ev'rythin' there too !!! wink

u still seem to be a "vinyl freak" too - so to say - , which is great , as music on vinyl is always the best ... no matter , how far advanced digital technologies will ever become , because the warmth of pure analog sounds can only be captured on vinyl then !!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="cool.gif" />

i really hope that u'll enjoy your time here , m8 !!! smile

p. s. : u've got a nice website btw !!! wink

Your English seems good so far.

If you ever fancy posting links to your own music there's a section of the forum I help moderate called "Your Own Music" available from the main forum page.

Welcome aboard. smile

I second the penultimate comment: your English is pretty darn good, you put many Brits to shame with your grasp of a foreign tongue. Oh, and a big, hearty "Welcome!" as well. Have informative fun!
