Although I have been a regular visitor to this site for a while I have finally got round to posting.
I'm 36, live in South London and have been an Ultravox fan since Vienna.
My favourite song is Reap The Wild wind but my favourite album changes depending what mood I am in - currently I prefer Lament but it will probably change soon.
I loved most of the usual 80's bands but Ultravox were always first and foremost.
For some reason, recently I have gone back to listening to Ultravox, OMD, Blancmange etc and am chuffed that some of them are reforming.
After Ultravox I moved onto The Cure, New Order, James, The Wedding Present,The Waterboys, Billy Bragg and Goodbye Mr Mackenzie.
These days I listen to Elbow,The Waterboys, The Wedding Present (both still going!) and the odd LP from certain bands but dont follow tham like I did Ultravox etc.
I'm waiting for the new Billy album to come out on CD as I dont do downloads!
Thanks for a great site - being able to download back issues was great - hours and hours of reading!

Everton always beat us at Goodison but we have a knack of beating them at Craven Cottage!

Greetings from Liverpool Mr Craven, it's a wonderful time for Ultravox fans isn't it, I remember feeling like this in 1984 when the Set Movements tour was announced, me and a friend bunked off school to get our tickets, this time I just sat at my desk and used the PC to ensure i'll be there!!!! How times have changed. Roll on April. woohoo

Blimey Slo - dont upset him at a family get together whatever you do!
I'll be at both Scottish gigs by the way.
I would have gone to liverpool if they had played there - I used to live there and still have friends over the water.
