So finally I got around to joining your Ultravox community. I've been...er, well....eavesdropping for quite some time now, and found some interesting discussions as well as some pretty strange ones. It's also about time I signed up since I'm set on participating in the Covers competition- but just now I saw that the deadline has been postponed. Well, all the more time to get to know you all and perhaps contribute a few musings myself!

Please, feel free, Fredrik. I hope your occasional dips into the curious waters of the Forum have provided much entertainment. I don't think the weirdness ever wears off - good thing, too!

Nils, I live just outside Stockholm so that's the east coast, but I too used to spend childhood summers near the west coast!

Indeed that is a city that I definitely want to see in my life! And take a look at the Wasa (the only ship that is legendary because it didn't sail at all ).

I would love to go to Bohuslän again. Wasn't there since 1984... . I could have travelled there, but I think to make the "revival" perfect it would have to be with a boat, like in the past. But we got our own boat now and it would take too much time to sail there when we have to start and finish the holidays in Germany... .

Aha, an indispensible item for the well-dressed gentleman! Do you know the name of the shop, Outside?

I posted a thread about it but it's gone. I only knew the street it was but I can't remember that now! The street was probably the 'main drag' through the area if that makes any sense. It had lots of cafes and restaurants on it.
