Yes Si, no effects at all. Without trying to sound clever, I find night photography to be very straightforward. Once you've dabbled with shutter speeds etc you tend to know what exposure you're gonna need for a shot as soon as you turn up at the scene. This is indeed a raw image, no need for reworking. The way I see it......if it aint broken, why fix it wink laugh

Thanks for the feedback anyway, appreciated sir smile

PS I think I'll upload it again as it seems to have gone AWOL shocked

I am far from being a mole in the NE, based in the south! But have heard that a venue called The Cellar Bar in South Shields, have trib bands.

Just thought I'd post it if the info is of use.

That's an unreworked photo? Your camera must do some stuff to the colours then when it saves the shot, they're very saturated. smile

Message for Don Thompson:

Don,

I've mailed you a couple of times at the e-mail address you gave me but not received a response or the CD's I was promised at the end of September.

I can't talk to pubs and clubs without something to play them first. Most of the people I've talked to so far have never heard of Ultravox because they're only 20 years old! smile

So, let's have those Cd's and then we can proceed. E-mail me offlist if you need my address.

Cheers
David

Fair cop sunna, you've well & truly caught me wi ma pants doon! shocked

I think the last time i remember you saying that, the clubs you had in mind wouldnt entertain "Tribute Bands"???

I'll get those CD's off to you 1st thing tomorrow kidda ok? We have a press kit if you want that also?

We only have the live stuff that Ari did for us, so don't have any studio demo's simply because we don't see the point in it, being a live act!

Is that ok? I will call you at the office this afternoon & once again Mr Hughes my most humble apologies, grumble, grumble....cringe

You're on the same list of peeps that i also havent sent CDR's to IE Si-W, CP & Mike-C, will get onto it chaps  wink

Oi..! There's nae P in Thomson bonnie lad, it's silent as in bath...Capiche :p

Hi Don,

Yes, that's no problem. I figured that you were busy with rehearsals or something. Yes, a couple of promoters said that they won't do anything to help 'covers bands'. Fair enough. It's their loss.

When you do send the discs can you please let me know by e-mail. This is because we've again had stuff go missing in the post.

Indeed, anything that looks like a CD and that isn't registered seems to be fair game for the light-fingered.

And, err, sorry about the 'P'. smile

Cheers
David

Don,

I've mailed you four times recently and not received a reply . I didn't receive the CD's you promised back in September and then again in November.

Can you get in touch please and let me know where we stand? I don't want there to be any bad feelings here because I'm sure we can work together sometime in the future when my life returns to normal again.

Cheers
David
