I was re-united with my newly repaired Naim power amp on Friday + I can safely say that music has never sounded better. Really enjoying the pleasure of listening to music again + hearing things I hadn't heard before etc etc. Simply divine !

:p I painted the whole thing grey. It has lots of arches and tall columns. When I push a button four sinks come up from the floor so four people can wash their hands in unison. I'm rather proud of "the look and the sound of the toilet" ooooh ooh oooh oooh..... Can't remember where I got the idea from though!

Hey Paul, maybe we could borrow your bathroom for our stage set, sounds what we are looking for. It will also satisfy my obsessive, compulsive hand washing disorder.

Now where's that imperial leather....

Hi All

Just a wee MONUMENT update.
We had a drummerless rehearsal last saturday, to which Roy 'The Roadie' Gwinn was invited....(he liked us....phew!!!). smile
We toiled a bit with not having Gav behind us giving it laldy behind his kit, complete with authentic Warren head smash action!!! eek

We had to whip the old trusty CR-78 drum machine, but we just about managed it.

Spoke to our leader last night & we'll be getting into our stage positions and sorting out the synths, sequencing etc, will keep yiz posted wink

I couuld'nt make it on saturday, but Davy B & Co were kind enough to play a cracking rendition of FICD down the old dog 'n bone, sounding more & more like the guys as it's coming along.
Just to add my wee bits now....anyone got an Oscar or an ARP they can lend me bemused shock for this weekend???

Ok,

1) you sound great - a very rich sound, very full. Maybe a better choir on the Voice chorus, LOL.
2) Please feel free to play in or near the gatwick area, LOL
3) If you ever need an extra set of fingers on the keyboards........

seriously, I really hope this goes well!!!!!!!

Thanks pal

I'm trying to obtain a sample of the male voice sound from the Roland VP-330 Vocoder Plus, which is what Midge used for the live version of the track.

We'll probably fling it in one of the Emulators & use that.

We used the Supervoice patch from a Korg 01/WFD which I agree is pretty limp sound & not as warm as the Roland. wink

We're near gig ready with more or less of a 10 / 12 set of tunes to go with. wink

Edinburgh / Glasgow this coming august no probs <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="cool.gif" /> ......FACT!

How many did they make before the start of last season ?

Patience, Sleepy.....a team wins championships...not individuals. Celtic already have a good team.

Besides which, the competition haven't been signing much either...

Haven't Hearts lost six players and only signed two (Former Livingston defender Jamie McAllister and ex-Raith Rovers striker Ramon Pereira)...hardly Championship winning signings....

Anyway, enough about fitba', When's yer avatar gettin' posted ? Or ur ye still shy ?

Nae Henrik, nae nuthin!!!....It's a real shame that a team such as Celtic has to rely on one player to keep the boat afloat! bemused
It's a wee bit like Everton having to rely on Shrek....erm a mean Wayne Rooney..eh Si W shock
