You`re welcome Pete! smile

Yes, it`s a great clip - the best
Ive seen with him.
I think I saw his old house and studio
in the UK for sale some time ago -
the one with the "sci-fi" studio
...or am I wrong?

Thanks Jesper!

Great vid. He's purchased wisely as these synths are instruments in their own right, each producing its own unique sound.

It's amazing how he produces these drum sounds from modular synths.

The Boss drum machine + the ARP 2600 for bass drum were the drum sounds on Speak and Spell.

Hehe...I think that too Flip! smile

I don`t know if you are aware of, that Vince
several years ago released a drum sample CD
(well, mostly drum samples)called "Lucky Bastard"
(I LOVE that title hehe...). Everything was done
on his vintage synths - and it even includes
all the live drums setups for that tour (can`t remember which one). It was also released in Akai
format. I got the CD - and I can tell you - it`s
THE most powerful electronic drum sample CD I got in my collection - and I got a lot!
The ARP 2600 bass drums....they really speak for
them themselves: Check and a listen:

I remember there was a Time & Space CD ROM of his synth samples kicking about around 15 years ago, it was entitled..."Lucky Bastard"
