Hey all,

http://www.neoouija.co.uk/neo/home

Anyone with a good memory? Is this the same as "She Robot" remixed by Metamatics for Future Music 146 CD? Rob?

<img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="cool.gif" /> nevertheless

Hi
I've just received my copy today of Free Robot 12". I've got to give credit to Sister Ray I only ordered my copy Sunday and it was on my doorstep this morning ( Tuesday). smile
The sound is OK. If John is doing the vocals I certainly can't recognise his voice. eek On the whole not a bad re-mix. A damn site better than the Mr No remix which I didn't like. yuk
regards
Peter

Received my copy today and:

WHAT THE HELL HAD THIS GUY THOUGHT TO DESTROY " SHE ROBOT" INTO THIS!!! S..T?!!!

What a crap single - I think I sell it as soon as I can yuk

Only Trinity's ghost sounds good - but this is no wonder; it's remixed by John!

Oh my god..... <img border="0" alt="[Shake head]" title="" src="graemlins/shakehead.gif" />

Bye, the shocked S.M.

Sorry for the hard comment but I'm totally disappointed from this Vinyl.

The CD version of the album "3 Jak and Dive" includes six tracks from a limited edition ep which includes the original version of "4am on Spectre Canal" (these are not available on the vinyl release)

(John's remix of this appears on the Music For Heroes 3" compilation)

The John Foxx Remix of 4am on Spectre Canal is out of this world. When compared to the original it sounds like a completely new track. The remix is so much better than the original. You can notice John's playing in it. There's an awesome JF ARP Odyssey/Oddity solo. It should have read:

4am on Spectre Canal - John Foxx & Metamatics.

This one and Dislocated would certainly feature in my own personal BEST OF.

Free Robot hasn't grown on me yet but I'll give it a couple of more plays. Perfect warm up for Electrofear!

Chris C wink
