We'll just be at the pub, I'm guessing it will take about 4-5 hours drive from Liverpool, so by the time we've checked in to hotel etc. it will be between 5-6 O'clock. Can't believe it's this week!!!!!!!!!

Me and Mrs C won't be there in time for the curry so will meet up with everyone in Lloyds bar after 3pm.

The wife and I had lunch at Lloyds No.1 Bar on Friday, after I'd been to the Playhouse and checked out the advertising ... two Return To Eden posters next to the theatre doors (which I just had to have a photo taken next to ). We're at Portree on Skye and this morning I was at Elgol, checking out the locations for the Lament promo' video ... incredible. Took heaps of photos, including the Honeycomb Rock and the view across to the Cuillins. Tomorrow we're off to Callanish for 'one small day' , although we're staying the night there.

If anyone's interested, this afternoon I also discovered the location of the sleeve photo on OMD's Organisation. It's Glen Sligachan on Skye and the peak under the stormy clouds in the photo is called Marsco. I managed to take a series of photos from what I believe is pretty-close to the same location the original stock photo was taken from.

See you at Edinburgh on Friday ... I'm definitely in Ultravox high-gear now!

Hi Rodney - what was the food like in Lloyds? Me and the missus will probably eat there as that will be our first chance of some grub.

The food is the usual Weatherspoons, quite filling & pretty reasonable on the old sky rocket!

I had a dream about the gig this morning.... only the venue bore little resemblance to the Playhouse! LOL (it was more like a cinema) and there was abig long queue for popcorn, pringles and the usual crap you buy at the cinema!
The curtain went up earlier than it should have whilst we were all still standing in the queue. The opening was very very weird.... the boys were sitting on a school bench (you know the kind in the gym hall) surrounded by kids and in front of the stage at the very front were a group of Brownies ("in the browieeeeees...." type brownies, not chocolate cake) then I woke up!

How very very bizzare! LOL

Im sure it was just dream, well lets hope so,lol.

Well, it's started. There are loads of us on the patio outside the bar, including Cerise, Rob, Sleepwalker and Conny's Pig, looking nervously at the darkening clouds. We have other nerves too, of course.

Yes, I was standing behind Fredrik at the front of stage when he photographed the band during the first 3 songs. When he gave up his space,Daz, who'd been standing next to him, let me in and I took my photographs from the very same spot.
