I agree: more pix of scantily clad women - colourblind or not - in mankinis.

Seems only fair...

To avoid claims of double standards...

Or something...

..and I shall go one further...

...and actually wear a leopard.

Yes, Derek - my pet leopard - will be accompanying me to both the Cardiff & Bristol gigs.

He's been a big fan of the band ever since he was a sapling, and is particularly looking forward to anything from RIE. (He's always loved the production on that album....).

Unfortunately my other big cat pet - a Snow Leopard called TenPointSix - can't make it on either of those two evenings. He has a busy schedule to meet in Cupertino, California...

You know the 'tiger's sample' on John's track, well it was actually a live take, done by Derek. laugh

Back on track.

As i said elsewhere, for those that dont know me, i will be wearing my grey suit. Maryann was to be clapping in a NY accent, but has now decided to wear her shouty attitude. bemused

OMG........ wink

To try to get the thread back to it's topic:
I'm almost two meters tall, same haircut as Midge (although he's copying me) almost always wearing a baseball cap (Being bald is like a railroad: if it's not too cold, it's too hot!), problably from some Canadian wine yard (the only remnance from visiting my brother-in-law over there, the bottles are since long gone...), bringing my 162 cm short wonderful wife, and two friends who are undescribable wink

No Ultravox.org.uk clothing as I'm sometimes a very ill organised person; but if you're visiting Stockholm a couple a weeks after the tour, even I would problably got my thumbs out of...... to order some of that nice stuff :p

I'll be easy to spot.
19. Reddish, multi-coloured hair, lip piercing.
Gonna be wearing my Monument t-shirt (freshly purchased from Bristol)
Will probably have a look on my face suggesting I'm lost and/or feel out of place =D

Well, I haven't changed much from the self-portrait used as my avatar (at right).

The only minor visual inconsistency is my current lack of beardage.

So I'm an absolute doddle to spot...

You can hardly fail to see me:

6'3", very short greying dark-brown hair, sort-of beard, stocky, reasonably well-modulated social chameleon with southwest London accent wearing all black and maybe a grey fleece. Likely to be drinking orange juice.

I shall not be wearing my mankini on this occasion!

Actually, since that JD night at the Bristol Thistle, we have gone over to calling it the "MACBETH ALBUM"!!!

OK, so I've been looking like JOAN JETT for the past 24 hours, how dreadful... went to have my hair cut in order to have large parts of the partly disturbing mane removed...

(shouldn't have done it, shouldn't have done it, shouldn't shouldn't shouldn't...!!!) sad

SO PLEASE PLEASE TALK TO ME TOMORROW - I AM USUALLY (IF NOT ACTUALLY) VERY FRIENDLY. smile

Flip, after posting this I was wracked with guilt at the appalling aspersion I had cast upon your saintly character. I will therefore not be making any such facetious comments in the future and will be carrying out an appropriate and long lasting penance.

I'll be listening to "The Prize" and "Sweet Surrender" on repeat on the journey to Bournemouth tomorrow. frown
