Hi, Chris, good to talk to you again. It warmed my heart when the news first broke about the reunion - a happy event for all the right reasons, so it's been good to read how much you've enjoyed the tour so far. I'm afraid I didn't get to see you any of the shows, so very sorry to have missed a chance to thank you and the rest of the guys in person for all the pleasure your music has brought me over the years, and to thank both you and Billy as well for being gentle with me when I interviewed you a few months back for that Record Collector piece Here's to whatever you all decide to do next! Best wishes. Rob P.S. Several readers of my magazine re:VOX - created especially for those fans that can't access the web to get their Ultravox fix - have asked me if I could pass on their thanks to all of you too, so consider it done!

Hi Chris,
Many thanks to you, and the band! You were all amazing at Symphony Hall, Birmingham. Please do it again. Come back soon.
Also, have to say that Vienna has the best bass line, ever!
Thank you!

A belated response.
I was second row, directly in front of you at Hammersmith. A memory that will stay with me is every so often, you would suddenly change from a look of concentration to having a huge grin on your face. It was such a privilege to hear you all again, but to see you all enjoying yourself so much, that was something else.

In 1985 as a 15 year old I was walking back to my campsite near Arisage near Malliag N.W Scotland humming Lament, it was the Monday after live aid(I missed it traveling up) as my friends and I went towards a hotel shop I suddenly froze and whispered "that man looks like Chris Cross" he went into his car, saw me frozen to the spot repeating"that IS Chris Cross"the car pulled out drove towards me before reversing the driver stuck his head out the window smiled, winked & reversed away, I was in shock could not believe it.Was it really you & who else if it was I saw 3 in that car.Never felt like that before or after, that was until I saw you all at the Dublin gig.I froze I just found it so to take it all in.Thank you deeply

Hi Chris is there any chance of getting Mr Foxx in and doing another tour, imagine Midge & John on the same stage at the same time for the same reason.I may be the only one but I would imagine it as every ULTRAVOX(!) fans dream. If Warren Cann can do it after what happened I am pretty sure John can, he wouldn't regret it, I'm certain us fans would see to that.

Thanks to you Chris. Always great to admire your basslines from your guitar and synths. Hopefully, this is the beginning of better things to come. Cheers! Chris

Cheers Em. Oh! I've only just seen this, and by pure coincidence! Well, it must be very secret what you need to tell me, so therefore, I am going to activate my PM mode on my profile in a minute. Which means you've got to activate your PM mode as well... Intrigued now... LAVA

Hi Chris,
I came to see the show at Liverpool Philharmonic last Wednesday. I was totally blown away thanks and my sister who was only 10 when you split up came to and thought you were fab.
Anyway, you will probably understand where I am coming from due to your profession. I have schizophrenia and I would like to thank you guys particularly for the song, the Stranger Within, it saved me from a potentially pretty fearful time and quite likely actually saved my life. So thank you so much.
Cheers,
Andy

Hi Chris, you played a top show in Munich. You looked so happy to be up there. I've been cursing for years about being too young to see you guys first time around and to see you all on this tour was a dream come true. Thank you. xx

Thank YOU Chris Without you and the boys, my lifetime dream would never have been a reality, but the cherry on the cake was meeting you after the Amsterdam gig and talking about our 'norf' London roots Thanks for being you, thanks for getting together, thanks for being brilliant If I ever have the pleasure of meeting you again, I'll buy you a well deserved drink (or two) Sharon xx
