Yes, ive heard a lot about this double album M, and its a fairly quick release especially on the back of 'Year Zero' and its remixed album. eek

Just the fact its an instrumental from NIN, is interesting enough.

Let me / us know how it is.......

Theres an interesting cover of Numan's 'Metal' on that NIN album. It was recorded around the same time that Manson did one of 'Down In The Park. The NIN one is the best though.

Si,is OMD's A&M Live any good ? Certainly the cover looks a little cheap to me. Pity they couldn't have got Peter Saville in to do something decent.

Gary Numan - Beserker. Certainly not his best album by a long chalk but it's good to listen to once in a while. I do like 'My Dying Machine' and 'The Hunter' especially.

I was just listening to Berserker (the single) the other day, and I realized that it has to played on a decent system to be appreciated in full.

Those powerful synth-stabs really blossom at full volume! An awesome tune smile

Alongside Strange Charm, Berserker has to be Numan's best post-Beggars Banquet output.

Very good, sound is very good. I'll be doing a review this week probably.

Currently listening to this (still) but also discovered a nice little song on the radio yesterday by a side project by one of the Arctic Monkeys. I never really liked them, but this is ace:

A rough mix-down of a Geigertek piece called "Passing" on my mp3 player. Levels in need re-balancing and the bird song is way too loud at the end!!!

In Rainbows is good but it doesnt compare to The Bends or OK Computer. OK Computer was voted the best album of all time by channel 4, and 'The Bends' got 22nd laugh In Rainbows is pretty good though.

Today it is Origin Of Symmetry by Muse, Plug in baby is such a cool song.

Beuaty Stab was a very underrated album imho.. I think the world at large wanted Lexicon of Love Pt. 2, but instead they went down a far rockier route, which I thought was great - there's hardly a weak track on that album.. 'that was then', what a great track!

Pour moi - Simple Minds - Real to reel cacophony and Magazine - the correct use of Soap..
